Adding prompts
Custom
- Click Add prompt on the active prompts tab.
- Enter your prompt text (10—2,000 characters). This should be a natural question someone might ask an AI assistant.
- Select a location (country) for localized responses.
- Assign the prompt to a topic for organization.
The number of active prompts you can have depends on your plan. See Billing and plans for limits.
- “What are the best project management tools for remote teams?”
- “Which CRM software is best for small businesses?”
- “How do I choose a cloud hosting provider?”
From research
If your project has imported research output from prompt discovery, you can promote those prompts to active here. This saves time compared to manually adding them one by one.Prompt actions
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Track | Move a suggested prompt to active tracking |
| Reject | Dismiss a suggested prompt |
| Untrack | Stop tracking an active prompt (moves to inactive) |
